Connor needs a nanny for his daughter, Macey, while he's working in Aruba. After several failed interviews he still hasn't found a good candidate when he, through common acquaintances, finds Amber. She's a teacher who's just gone on summer vacation without any special plans. He hires her, and they go to Aruba. However, it turns out to be a challenge for Connor.
